HR Executive – Construction Industry

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced HR Executive to manage end\-to\-end HR operations, including recruitment, employee onboarding, attendance, payroll coordination, employee relations, and workforce management for construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment, candidate screening, and employee onboarding.
• Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and payroll coordination.
• Handle manpower planning and workforce allocation for construction sites.
• Implement HR policies and address employee queries and grievances.
• Maintain HR reports and support labour law and statutory compliance documentation.
• Coordinate with project managers to ensure adequate workforce availability.
• Manage employee exits, documentation, and HR administration.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in HR operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in the construction industry is preferred.
• Good knowledge of recruitment, payroll coordination, attendance management, and HR documentation.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS software.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem\-solving skills.
