- **Full\-Cycle Recruitment:** Design and update job descriptions, advertise openings across channels, and manage the end\-to\-end hiring process.
- **Sourcing Strategy:** Proactively source candidates from professional platforms (e.g., social media, StackOverflow, Behance) and craft high\-engagement recruiting emails for passive candidates.
- **Screening \& Assessment:** Screen resumes, conduct phone/video/in\-person interviews, and distribute/evaluate technical and logical reasoning assignments.
- **Stakeholder Collaboration:** Partner with hiring managers to identify future hiring needs and provide them with curated shortlists of qualified candidates.
- **Onboarding \& Metrics:** Manage the offer process, answer compensation/benefits queries, and act as a consultant to facilitate a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
- **Performance Tracking:** Monitor key HR metrics such as time\-to\-fill, time\-to\-hire, and source\-of\-hire to continuously improve recruitment efficiency.
- *Requirements \& Eligibility**
- **Education:** Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, or a relevant field.
- **Experience:** 1–2 years of proven experience in an HR Recruiter or similar talent acquisition role.
- **Technical Skills:** Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), resume databases, and modern sourcing techniques.
- **Soft Skills:** Solid verbal and written communication skills, sound judgment, and a deep understanding of employee referral programs.
Pay: ₹25,000\.00 \- ₹30,000\.00 per month
