Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and result\-oriented HR Executive with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the **Sales \& Marketing and Manufacturing industry**. The candidate will be responsible for recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, attendance, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, and overall HR operations for both field sales and factory employees. Extensive travel across Tamil Nadu is mandatory to support branch and manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities

· Handle end\-to\-end recruitment for Sales Officers, Area Sales Managers, Promoters, Factory Workers, Supervisors, Executives, and Support Staff.

· Coordinate manpower planning and ensure timely closure of vacancies.

· Conduct employee onboarding, induction, and joining formalities.

· Manage attendance, leave, payroll inputs, and employee records.

· Coordinate confirmations, transfers, resignations, and exit formalities.

· Ensure compliance with labor laws, PF, ESI, Factory Act, and company HR policies.

· Support employee engagement, grievance handling, and disciplinary processes.

· Organize training and performance management activities.

· Prepare HR MIS reports, recruitment reports, and manpower reports.

· Coordinate with Sales, Manufacturing, and Department Heads to fulfill manpower requirements.

· Visit branches, sales locations, and manufacturing units across Tamil Nadu as required.

Qualifications

· Master’s Degree (MBA/MSW/PGDM) in Human Resources or a related field.

· Minimum **2 years of HR experience** in the **Sales \& Marketing and Manufacturing industry**.

· Experience in bulk hiring, factory recruitment, and field sales recruitment is preferred.

· Good knowledge of payroll, attendance management, labor laws, PF, ESI, Factory Act, and HR compliance.

· Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS software.

Requirements

· **Minimum 2 years of HR experience in Sales \& Marketing and Manufacturing is mandatory.**

· **Must be willing to travel extensively across Tamil Nadu.**

· Experience in recruiting both field sales and manufacturing employees.

· Valid two\-wheeler driving license is preferred.

· Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.

  • *Salary:** ₹2\.1 LPA – ₹2\.4 LPA (Based on experience and performance).

Pay: ₹210,000\.00 \- ₹240,000\.00 per year
