HR Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive **HR Executive**, preferably with experience in the **Textile Industry**

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Coordinate employee induction and orientation programs.
• Assist in attendance, leave management, and payroll\-related activities.
• Address employee grievances and support employee engagement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
• Prepare HR reports and MIS as required by management.
