We are looking for a passionate and result\-oriented **HR Recruiter** to join our growing HR team. The ideal candidate should have experience in **end\-to\-end recruitment**, candidate sourcing, and interview coordination.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Handle end\-to\-end recruitment for technical and non\-technical positions

✅ Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Apna, and other job portals

✅ Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews

✅ Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers

✅ Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process

✅ Roll out offer letters and coordinate onboarding activities

✅ Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases

Required Skills

✔ 1–2 years of experience in recruitment

✔ Strong sourcing and screening skills

✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

✔ Experience using job portals and social media for hiring

✔ Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office

✔ Ability to work in a fast\-paced environment and meet hiring deadlines

• *Qualification:** Graduate / MBA (HR) preferred

• *Salary:** 15 k to 22 k

• *Immediate Joiners Preferred**

Pay: ₹15,000\.00 \- ₹22,000\.00 per month
