HR Executive (Labor Management \& Attendance

Language Requirement: Strong spoken Hindi is mandatory (to communicate effectively with the workforce). Literacy in Tamil and English is required for documentation.
Job Overview
We are seeking a structured and proactive HR Executive specializing in Labor Management and Attendance Maintenance for our Irugur facility. This role is responsible for managing daily workforce attendance tracking, bridging communication gaps with our migrant workforce, ensuring statutory compliance, and maintaining a smooth shop\-floor environment.
The ideal candidate must have hands\-on experience in biometric/manual attendance management, labor relations, and excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi.
Key Responsibilities
1\. Attendance Maintenance \& Time Office Operations
Daily Attendance Tracking: Manage daily workforce attendance, shift schedules, punch\-in/punch\-out anomalies, and biometric/manual attendance systems.
Leave Shift Management: Track leaves, permissions, absenteeism, and compile daily attendance reports for production floor managers.
Overtime (OT) Verification: Maintain and verify accurate Overtime (OT) registers, night shift allowances, and late\-coming records.
Payroll Input Generation: Prepare and close monthly attendance data, ensuring accurate inputs are forwarded to the payroll team for wage processing.
2\. Labor \& Workforce Management
Migrant Workforce Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for Hindi\-speaking contract and permanent laborers. Conduct verbal onboarding and explain plant rules in Hindi.
Grievance Redressal: Address daily labor grievances, attendance disputes, and workplace issues promptly through direct interaction.
Contractor Coordination: Coordinate with external labor contractors to track contractor attendance and ensure headcount targets are met daily.
3\. Statutory Compliance \& Documentation
Register Maintenance: Maintain statutory registers, muster rolls, and attendance compliance records in English/Tamil for periodic audits.
Labor Law Compliance: Ensure adherence to the Factories Act and Contract Labour (R\&A) Act regarding working hours, weekly offs, and shifts.
4\. Employee Welfare \& Safety
Welfare Management: Monitor labor amenities including canteen facilities, sanitation, and accommodation.
Safety Coordination: Explain safety protocols and the correct use of PPE to the workforce in Hindi to ensure compliance
