Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • *Manage end\-to\-end recruitment activities from sourcing to onboarding.** Understand manpower requirements and coordinate with department heads.
  • *Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, social media platforms, job portals, and employee referrals.** Screen applications and conduct preliminary interviews.
  • *Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.** Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
  • *Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.** Generate recruitment reports and track hiring metrics.

Required Experience \& Skills: **Experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.**

Strong sourcing and screening skills.

  • *Hands\-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.** Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • *Ability to handle multiple open positions simultaneously.**

Good understanding of recruitment processes and hiring practices.

Preferred: **4\-5yrs Experience in manufacturing, engineering, building materials, or industrial sectors will be an added advantage.**
