Conduct initial interviews and candidate assessments.
Maintain a database of candidates and job seekers.
Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates.
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Manage offer letters, joining formalities, and onboarding coordination.
Client Acquisition \& Job Sourcing
Identify companies with hiring requirements.
Contact HR departments, business owners, and decision\-makers to generate recruitment opportunities.
Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new clients.
Understand client manpower requirements and prepare recruitment plans.
Present Talentora's recruitment services to potential clients.
Negotiate recruitment terms and service agreements.
Business Development
Generate leads through phone calls, emails, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking events.
Visit companies and industrial areas to identify recruitment opportunities.
Achieve monthly targets for client acquisition and candidate placements.
Prepare daily and weekly business development reports.
Coordinate with the management team to expand Talentora's client network.
Administrative Responsibilities
Maintain recruitment records and client databases.
Prepare recruitment reports and placement statistics.
Update job postings on job portals and social media platforms.
Ensure timely communication with clients and candidates.
