We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive HR Executive with 6 months to 1 year of experience in the IT industry. The candidate should have strong recruitment skills along with basic knowledge of payroll processing, employee engagement activities, and daily HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
Handle end\-to\-end recruitment for IT and Digital Marketing profiles.
Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate with candidates.
Manage onboarding and joining formalities of new employees.
Maintain employee records and attendance data.
Assist in payroll preparation and salary coordination.
Organize employee engagement activities and team events.
Support daily HR operations and administrative tasks.
Coordinate with different departments for manpower requirements.
Handle employee queries and maintain positive workplace culture.
Prepare HR reports and maintain documentation.
