HR Executive

• *Education Qualification**: MBA OR MSW (HR)

• *Experience:** 2\+ years

• *Location**: Pondicherry

**Required Skills**

• 2\+ years of experience in HR general and recruitment activities.
• Manage end\-to\-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
• Coordinate employee onboarding processes, induction, and documentation.
• Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave data in HR systems.
• Support the execution of employee exit formalities and conduct exit interviews.
• Handle day\-to\-day employee queries and assist in grievance redressal.
• Organize and coordinate internal and external training \& development programs.

Pay: ₹200,000\.00 \- ₹300,000\.00 per month

Work Location: In person
