Job Title: HR Executive

Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and result\-oriented **HR Executive** to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end\-to\-end recruitment, maintaining employee attendance records, and supporting day\-to\-day HR operations. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong coordination abilities, and the capability to close hiring requirements within defined timelines.
Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment \& Talent Acquisition
- Manage end\-to\-end recruitment for in\-house hiring requirements.
- Ensure all open positions are closed within the defined Turnaround Time (TAT).
- Make a minimum of **100 recruitment calls per day** to source and screen potential candidates.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Conduct telephonic screening, schedule interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Conduct telephonic and face\-to\-face interviews.
- Roll out job offers, negotiate with shortlisted candidates, and ensure successful joining.
- Manage the complete onboarding and induction process for new employees.
HR Operations
- Maintain accurate employee attendance records and ensure timely updates.
- Assist the Senior HR in day\-to\-day HR operations and administrative tasks.
- Draft and issue HR documents, including:
- Offer Letters
- Appointment Letters
- Experience Letters
- Confirmation Letters
- HR\-related emails and employee communications
- Maintain employee records and ensure documentation is complete and up to date.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth HR processes.
Employee Coordination
- Respond to employee queries related to HR processes.
- Support employee engagement and HR initiatives as assigned.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures.
Desired Skills \& Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in HR recruitment and operations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Google Space.
- Experience working with recruitment portals such as Indeed, LinkedIn, Internshala, Apna, etc., will be an advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast\-paced environment and meet hiring deadlines.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Timely closure of open positions within the defined TAT.
- Minimum **100 recruitment calls** made daily.
- Candidate joining ratio and offer acceptance rate.
- Accuracy and timeliness of attendance management.
- Timely issuance of HR documents and employee correspondence.
- Smooth execution of onboarding and induction processes.
Pay: ₹15,000\.00 \- ₹22,000\.00 per month
