• *Job Summary**

The Monarch Enterprises is looking for a result\-oriented HR Executive with strong experience in end\-to\-end recruitment, preferably in the manufacturing industry. The candidate will be responsible for managing bulk hiring, blue\-collar recruitment, and technical and managerial hiring to meet the organization's manpower requirements.

Candidates with prior experience in manufacturing, furniture production, fabrication, or industrial recruitment will be preferred.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Manage end\-to\-end recruitment for blue\-collar, grey\-collar, and white\-collar positions.
• Handle bulk hiring for factory workers, machine operators, helpers, technicians, and production manpower.
• Recruit for technical positions such as CNC Operators, Welders, Fabricators, Production Engineers, Quality Control Engineers, and Supervisors.
• Manage recruitment for staff\-level, executive, managerial, and other specialized positions as required.
• Source candidates through Indeed, Job Hai, Naukri, employee referrals, recruitment agencies, consultants, and other channels.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and coordinate technical interviews with department heads.
• Coordinate interview scheduling, salary negotiations, offer rollouts, and joining formalities.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and daily/weekly recruitment MIS.
• Follow up with selected candidates to ensure timely joining and minimize offer dropouts.
• Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements and prioritize open positions.
• Ensure vacancies are closed within the defined timelines and recruitment targets.

• *Required Skills**

• Strong expertise in manufacturing recruitment and bulk hiring.
• Hands\-on experience in blue\-collar and technical recruitment.
• Excellent candidate sourcing, screening, negotiation, and follow\-up skills.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel, recruitment trackers, and hiring MIS.

• *Educational Qualification**

• Graduate in any discipline.
• MBA/PGDM in Human Resources will be an added advantage.

• *Experience Requirements**

• 2–4 years of relevant HR recruitment experience.
• Prior experience in a manufacturing or industrial setup is highly preferred.
• Candidates with experience hiring factory workers, machine operators, technicians, engineers, and production supervisors will be preferred.

• *Salary : 28K\-35K/\- pm** (As per experience, skills, and current CTC).
