RECRUITMENT \& INTERVIEW COORDINATION

• Manage recruitment and onboarding.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate.

HR OPERATIONS \& ADMINISTRATION

• Manage daily HR operations and employee records.
• Maintain employment contracts, agreements and documentation.

ATTENDANCE, PAYROLL \& COMPLIANCE

• Monitor attendance, leave and monthly payroll inputs.
• Coordinate PF, ESI and employee benefits.
• Handle employee and commercial vehicle insurance coordination.

EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT \& PERFORMANCE

• Support employee relations and engagement activities.
• Track KRIs, KPIs and performance reviews.

REQUIREMENTS \& QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience: Minimum 2 years in HR.
• Industry: Logistics or supply chain experience preferred.
• Education: Qualification in HR, Business Administration or a related field.

Pay: ₹16,000\.00 \- ₹20,000\.00 per month
