Job Description

  • *Job Summary**

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic **HR Executive \& Trainer** with 1–2 years of experience in recruitment, employee training, and HR operations. The ideal candidate should have experience hiring fresh graduates, interns, and entry\-level professionals, conducting onboarding and product training, and developing telecalling sales scripts for financial products. Strong communication skills, proficiency in English, and knowledge of HR compliance are essential.

  • *Key Responsibilities :**

Recruitment \& Talent Acquisition

  • Source, screen, and recruit freshers, interns, and experienced candidates.
  • Build relationships with colleges, universities, placement cells, and training institutes for campus recruitment.
  • Coordinate campus drives, job fairs, and internship programs.
  • Conduct interviews, shortlist candidates, and manage the complete hiring process.
  • Maintain recruitment databases and hiring reports.

Training \& Development

  • Conduct induction and onboarding programs for new employees.
  • Design and deliver training sessions on financial products, sales techniques, communication skills, and customer handling.
  • Prepare training materials, presentations, SOPs, and learning modules.
  • Develop telecalling scripts and objection\-handling guides for financial products.
  • Monitor employee performance after training and recommend improvement plans.

HR Operations

  • Draft offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, and other HR documents.
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
  • Assist in attendance management, leave records, and employee lifecycle processes.
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws and HR policies.
  • Support employee engagement and performance management initiatives.

Communication

  • Communicate effectively with candidates, employees, colleges, and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare professional emails, notices, HR policies, and internal communications.
  • Maintain a positive and professional work environment.

Technology \& AI

  • Use AI tools to improve recruitment, HR documentation, training content, presentations, and productivity.
  • Leverage AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Google Gemini, or similar tools for HR and training activities.
  • Maintain HR data, reports, and documentation using Microsoft Office and cloud\-based productivity tools.
  • Stay updated with emerging HR technologies and AI\-driven recruitment practices.

Required Skills

  • 1–2 years of experience in HR recruitment and employee training.
  • Experience in hiring freshers through campus recruitment and internship programs.
  • Ability to prepare and conduct product and sales training sessions.
  • Experience writing telecalling scripts for financial products or sales processes.
  • Good understanding of HR policies, labour laws, and recruitment practices.
  • Knowledge of drafting HR documents such as offer letters and appointment letters.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast\-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Certification in HR, Learning \& Development, or Training (preferred).
  • Experience in the BFSI, fintech, NBFC, or financial services industry will be an added advantage.
