HR Executive

• Manage end\-to\-end recruitment for retail store and corporate positions.
• Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.
• Handle employee onboarding, induction, and documentation.
• Maintain employee records and HRMS data accurately.
• Coordinate attendance, leave, and shift records.
• Support payroll by preparing attendance and employee input data.
• Ensure timely employee confirmation and exit formalities.
• Assist in employee engagement activities and HR events.
• Address employee queries related to HR policies and benefits.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
• Coordinate with store managers for manpower planning.

Pay: ₹12,000\.00 \- ₹20,000\.00 per month

Work Location: In person
