Key Responsibilities
Handle end\-to\-end recruitment for various positions across departments.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Draft and release job postings on relevant platforms.
Coordinate offer rollouts and assist with onboarding formalities.
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future requirements.
Ensure timely closure of open positions as per hiring targets.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
Pay: Up to ₹25,000\.00 per month
