Job Summary
The Human Resources (HR) Executive is responsible for supporting and managing various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, training and development, payroll coordination, and compliance with company policies and labor laws. The role ensures smooth HR operations and contributes to a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
- *Recruitment \& Staffing**
- Manage end\-to\-end recruitment processes.
- Post job openings on job portals and social media platforms.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate hiring activities.
- Prepare offer letters and employment contracts.
- *Employee Onboarding \& Offboarding**
- Facilitate employee onboarding and orientation programs.
- Maintain employee records and documentation.
- Coordinate exit interviews and clearance procedures.
- Address employee queries and concerns.
- Support employee engagement and retention initiatives.
- Promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
- *Performance Management**
- Assist in performance appraisal processes.
- Track employee performance goals and development plans.
- Support managers in performance improvement initiatives.
- *Training \& Development**
- Identify training needs and coordinate learning programs.
- Maintain training records and evaluate program effectiveness.
- *HR Operations \& Compliance**
- Maintain HR databases and employee files.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Prepare HR reports and analytics.
- Support payroll processing and attendance management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–5 years of experience in HR or related roles.
- Knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and recruitment processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR management systems.
