• *Job Overview:**

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic **HR Executive** to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for day\-to\-day HR operations, while supporting recruitment for factory. The candidate should possess excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills to ensure smooth hiring and employee management processes.

• *Experience:** 2–3 Years
• *Qualification:** Any UG/ PG Degree
• *Location:** Coimbatore
• *Preference:** Preferably Coimbatore Candidates

• *Roles and Responsibilities:**

• Manage end\-to\-end recruitment for blue\-collar positions, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
• Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements and ensure timely hiring.
• Maintain employee records, attendance, leave data, and HR documentation with accuracy.
• Support employee onboarding, induction, and exit formalities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, HR procedures, and statutory requirements.
• Handle day\-to\-day HR operations and administrative activities efficiently.
• Prepare and maintain HR reports, recruitment trackers, and employee databases.
• Address employee queries and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth HR operations.
