Job Description
1\.Assisting with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties.
2\.Compiling and updating employee records (hard and soft copies)
3\.Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc)
4\.Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc) and take minutes
5\.Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
6\. Preparing Payroll by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc)
7\.Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews
8\.Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees
9\.Assist our recruiters to source candidates and update our database
Job Type: Full\-time
Pay: ₹15,000\.00 \- ₹20,000\.00 per month
