HR Executive

• *Job Summary**

We are seeking a motivated and detail\-oriented individual to join our team as an **HR Executive**. This role is well\-suited for freshers and candidates with a strong work ethic, as comprehensive training will be provided. You will play a key operational role in managing healthcare staff onboarding, candidate profiling, care home communication, and digital system integration for our UK healthcare staffing operations.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• **Staff Onboarding \& Documentation:** Coordinate end\-to\-end onboarding for new healthcare staff, collecting necessary compliance documents, references, and verifying file submissions.
• **Profile Creation \& Management:** Create detailed, accurate staff profiles and convert demo profiles into real active profiles on our staff management application.
• **Care Home Communication \& Profile Distribution:** Send structured staff profiles to partner UK care homes and coordinate shift allocations.
• **Shadowing \& Reference Checks:** Conduct reference checks for candidates and arrange shadowing shifts with partner care facilities.
• **App \& Digital System Onboarding:** Assist staff with downloading, setting up, and navigating the staff scheduling mobile app.
• **Payroll \& Incentives Support:** Maintain payment lists, assist with staff timesheet logging, and track referral bonuses.

• *Working Hours \& Shift Structure**

• **Type:** Full\-time
• **Shift Timings (Rotational / Designated):**
• **Option A:** 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM (IST)
• **Option B:** 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM (IST)
• **Roster:** 5\-day working week with 2 scheduled day off per week

• *Requirements**

• Open to freshers; prior experience in HR or operations is a plus but not mandatory.
• Exceptional spoken and written English communication skills.
• Confident, clear, and professional phone manner.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Basic computer proficiency and adaptability to learning digital software/apps quickly.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
