HR Executive

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Manage end\-to\-end recruitment, including candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, selection, and onboarding.
• Handle bulk hiring requirements and ensure timely closure of vacancies.
• Manage NSO (New Store Opening) recruitment and ensure manpower availability as per business requirements.
• Coordinate with recruitment consultants and other sourcing channels to meet hiring targets.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports.
• Coordinate with concerned departments to understand manpower requirements and ensure timely deployment of candidates.

Candidates staying close to Fulbari /Siliguri will be preffered .

Pay: ₹20,000\.00 \- ₹25,000\.00 per month
