HR & Finance Administrator

Required a Suitable Candidate having 1 year of Experience HR \& Finance officer for Sirhind office.

• **Position Title:** Finance Manager / Financial Manager (IT knowledge Excel should be perfect)
• **Reports To:** Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Chief Executive Officer (CEO), or Managing Director
• **Supervises:** Accountants, financial analysts, and junior finance team members
• **Core Objective:** Protect financial assets, optimize cash flow, manage risk, and drive long\-term profitability. \[1, 2, 3, 4, 5]

Key Responsibilities

• **Financial Planning \& Analysis (FP\&A):** Prepare annual budgets, design financial forecasts, and conduct variance analysis against actual performance. \[1, 2, 3]
• **Reporting \& Accounting Oversight:** Oversee month\-end and year\-end close processes, general ledger reconciliations, profit\-and\-loss (P\&L) statements, and balance sheets. \[1, 2, 3]
• **Cash Flow \& Investment Management:** Monitor cash reserves, manage working capital, evaluate capital investment opportunities, and forecast liquidity. \[1, 2, 3]
• **Compliance \& Auditing:** Ensure adherence to GAAP, IFRS, or regional statutory regulations, and coordinate audits with external auditors and tax authorities. \[1, 2, 3]
• **Strategic Advisory:** Partner with department heads and senior leadership to translate financial data into actionable growth strategies. \[1, 2, 3]

Required Qualifications

• **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration (Master’s degree or MBA preferred). \[1, 2, 3]
• **Certifications:** CPA, ACCA, CFA, or CMA designations are highly preferred. \[1, 2, 3]
• **Experience:** 3 to 5\+ years of progressive experience in corporate finance, financial analysis, or accounting. \[1, 2, 3]
• **Technical Skills:** Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, Excel, ERP systems (such as NetSuite or SAP), and accounting software (like QuickBooks or Sage). \[1, 2, 3]
