• *Executive – Industry Tie\-Up**

Candidate Profile: We are looking for a candidate with an HR/Recruitment background who is comfortable with fieldwork, industry visits, and developing corporate relationships.

Roles \& Responsibilities

Identify and develop a database of potential companies and industry partners relevant to project requirements.

Conduct regular calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to HR, Recruitment, and Business representatives.

Maintain systematic follow\-ups with prospective companies to convert leads into meetings and business opportunities.

Schedule and coordinate meetings with industry partners.

Conduct field visits to industries and companies to establish professional relationships and explore collaboration opportunities.

Identify industry requirements related to recruitment, skill development, training, and placement opportunities.

Maintain updated records of companies, contact persons, discussions, requirements, follow\-up status, and closures.

Support the team in converting industry leads into MoUs, LOIs, placement opportunities, recruitment drives, and other industry partnerships.

Coordinate with industry HR teams for recruitment drives, candidate placements, and employment opportunities.

Build and maintain long\-term relationships with industry partners to support organizational and project objectives.

• *Prepare regular reports on field visits, industry meetings, leads generated, follow\-ups, and tie\-ups achieved**.

Required Skills \& Qualifications

Graduate in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

Have own Bike \& Laptop

Preference for candidates with an HR, Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or Corporate Relations background.

Strong communication, negotiation, networking, and relationship\-building skills.

• *Willingness to travel for field visits and industry meetings.**

Good knowledge of MS Excel, email communication, and LinkedIn.

Prior experience in industry tie\-ups, corporate relations, recruitment, or business development will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹17,000\.00 \- ₹20,000\.00 per month
