HR fresher

• *Job Summary :**

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Executive (Fresher) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of HR functions, strong communication skills, and a keen interest in building a career in Human Resources.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Assist in end\-to\-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
• Support employee onboarding and documentation.
• Maintain employee attendance and leave records.
• Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities.
• Design basic HR creatives, announcements, and employee engagement posts using Canva.
• Help maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Coordinate with employees for HR\-related queries.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned HR tasks and reports.

Requirements

• MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or a related field.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Basic knowledge of recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, attendance, and leave management.
• Good working knowledge of Canva for creating HR\-related creatives and posts.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong organizational skills.

Should have a minimum of 6 months of experience or knowledge with good communication skills.
