Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Fresher to join our team. The candidate will support recruitment activities, HR operations, employee coordination, and day\-to\-day HR activities. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers who want to start their careers in Human Resources.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist with end\-to\-end recruitment for IT and Non\-IT positions.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates regarding interview feedback, selection, and joining.
• Assist with offer letters, appointment letters, and joining documentation.
• Support onboarding, employee induction, and employee record management.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, attendance records, and HR databases.
• Assist with employee engagement activities and general HR administration.
• Perform other HR\-related tasks as assigned by the management.

Required Skills

• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
• Good coordination, organizational, and time\-management skills.
• Willingness to learn and work in a fast\-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Educational Qualification

• MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or a relevant HR qualification.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.

Pay: ₹10,000\.00 \- ₹20,000\.00 per month
