As we continue to expand, we are looking for an experienced HR Generalist who can support our people strategy, strengthen employee engagement, and drive key HR initiatives across the organization.
The HR Generalist will be responsible for managing end\-to\-end HR activities, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, HR operations, and compliance. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a growing business environment and partnering closely with leadership and operations teams.
Talent Acquisition \& Workforce Planning
- Manage end\-to\-end recruitment for corporate and operational hiring requirements.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and hiring priorities.
- Source, screen, and coordinate interviews for various positions.
- Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new employees.
- Support manpower planning and workforce optimization initiatives.
- *Employee Engagement \& Relations**
- Build and maintain positive employee relationships across teams.
- Address employee concerns and support grievance resolution.
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities, recognition programs, and team\-building initiatives.
- Promote a positive workplace culture aligned with organizational values.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Manage employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, confirmations, transfers, and exits.
- Oversee attendance, leave management, and HR data management.
- Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and analytics as required.
- *Performance Management**
- Coordinate performance review and appraisal processes.
- Support managers in performance discussions and employee development planning.
- Monitor employee performance metrics and HR interventions.
- *Compliance \& Policy Management**
- Ensure adherence to labor laws, company policies, and statutory requirements.
- Support HR audits and compliance documentation.
- Assist in policy development, communication, and implementation.
- Maintain confidentiality and compliance in all HR processes.
- *Learning \& Development**
- Identify training needs in collaboration with department heads.
- Coordinate learning and development initiatives.
- Support employee growth, career development, and retention programs.
- *Required Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources preferred.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in HR Generalist, HRBP, or similar HR roles.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, HR operations, and compliance.
- Familiarity with labor laws and statutory requirements.
- Experience working with HRMS platforms and Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in food services, hospitality, retail, manufacturing, logistics, or other fast\-paced operational environments.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
- Strong problem\-solving and decision\-making capabilities.
- Experience supporting both corporate and operational workforce populations.
