Job Description
We are looking for a capable and experienced HR Generalist who can independently manage end\-to\-end HR operations, payroll processing, attendance and leave management, statutory compliance, employee grievances, performance management, and employee relations.The ideal candidate must have strong practical knowledge of payroll and labour laws, the ability to manage employees across different business units, and the confidence to coordinate with management, department heads, and employees to ensure smooth HR operations.
Pay: ₹25,000\.00 \- ₹33,000\.00 per month
