HR Generalist

• *Job Summary**

We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Generalist to manage day\-to\-day HR operations, employee relations, recruitment coordination, onboarding, attendance monitoring, performance management, and HR documentation.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Manage end\-to\-end recruitment, screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding.
• Handle employee engagement, grievance management, and conflict resolution.
• Maintain employee records, personal files, HR databases, and documentation.
• Monitor attendance, leave, punctuality, and employee discipline.
• Coordinate performance appraisals, KPI tracking, and performance improvement plans.
• Prepare HR policies, circulars, warning letters, show\-cause notices, and other official communications.
• Conduct induction, exit interviews, and employee separation formalities.
• Coordinate with department heads regarding manpower planning and employee performance.
• Ensure smooth implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Prepare HR reports and maintain confidentiality of employee information.

• *Required Skills \& Qualifications**

• Graduate or postgraduate degree in HR, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 4–5 years of relevant HR Generalist experience.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, HR operations, and performance management.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, coordination, and problem\-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, email, and HRMS software.
• Ability to handle multiple responsibilities independently and work with different departments.

A disciplined, organized, result\-oriented professional with strong decision\-making abilities and the confidence to manage employees and coordinate with senior management.

Pay: ₹20,000\.00 \- ₹30,000\.00 per month
