Looking for HR

Australia Shift Timings are (4:30am to 1:30pm) \& during day light saving time (3:45am to 12:45pm) (Mon \- Fri).

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline
• 2\+ years’ experience in HR
• Expertise in HR policies and procedures
• Strong knowledge of hiring processes
• Understanding of HR best practices and current regulations
• Sound judgment and problem\-solving skills
• Customer\-focused attitude, with high level of professionalism and discretion
• Familiarity with MS Office
• Excellent communication skills
• Compliance sound knowledge and experience
• Implement and administer employee policies
• Provide high\-quality advice and service to management on daily employee relations and performance management issues
• Offer proactive recruiting assistance
• Identify ways to improve policies and procedures
• Able to draft and prepare correspondence letters
• Supervise the hiring process for qualified job candidates, particularly for managerial, specialised, and expert positions
• Review policies and processes to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, regulations
• Handle disciplinary proceedings, terminations, and investigations involving employees
• Determine and recommend changes to internal standards of conduct, such as team restructuring and morale boosting
• Provide clarity and connectivity for employees, so that their responsibilities fit the overall corporate strategy.
