We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist with strong knowledge of HR operations, employee management, and end\-to\-end recruitment processes.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Manage day\-to\-day HR activities and operations.
• Handle employee grievances and employee relations.
• Manage talent acquisition and end\-to\-end recruitment.
• Coordinate the complete onboarding and induction process.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Handle attendance, leave management, and HR administration.
• Support employee engagement and retention activities.
• Ensure smooth execution of HR policies and procedures.

• Strong experience in HR Operations and Generalist activities.
• Good knowledge of talent acquisition and recruitment.
• Experience in employee grievance handling.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple HR functions independently.
• Must be proficient in Tamil (mandatory)

Pay: ₹30,000\.00 \- ₹35,000\.00 per month
