Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Head to lead and drive the organization's Human Resources function. The ideal candidate should have 10–15 years of progressive HR experience, preferably within the Logistics, Supply Chain, Transportation, or Warehousing industry. The role requires a strategic HR leader who can align people practices with business objectives while managing the complete employee lifecycle.
Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic HR Leadership
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Partner with senior leadership to drive workforce planning and organizational development.
- Lead HR transformation and process improvement initiatives.
Talent Acquisition \& Workforce Planning
- Manage end\-to\-end recruitment for corporate, operational, and leadership positions.
- Develop manpower planning strategies to support business growth.
- Build strong talent pipelines for critical roles across locations.
Employee Relations \& Engagement
- Foster a positive work culture and employee engagement environment.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution.
- Drive employee retention and recognition programs.
Performance Management
- Design and manage performance appraisal systems.
- Support managers in goal setting, performance reviews, and succession planning.
- Identify high\-potential employees and leadership development opportunities.
Compensation \& Benefits
- Oversee payroll, compensation structures, incentive plans, and benefits administration.
- Ensure internal equity and market competitiveness of compensation practices.
- Manage annual salary reviews and budgeting processes.
HR Operations \& Compliance
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory regulations, and company policies.
- Oversee HR documentation, audits, contracts, and employee records.
- Manage HRMS implementation and optimization.
Learning \& Development
- Identify training needs and implement employee development programs.
- Drive leadership development and capability\-building initiatives.
Team Management
- Lead, mentor, and develop the HR team.
- Establish HR KPIs and monitor departmental performance.
- Build a high\-performing HR function supporting business objectives.
Required Qualifications
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification.
- 10–15 years of HR experience with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role.
- Prior experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, Transportation, Warehousing, or related industries is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of labor laws, payroll, compliance, and HR operations.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
- Experience managing large and diverse workforces across multiple locations.
