Location: **Delhi, Gurgaon, Ahmedabad, Pune, Bangalore, Chennai, Jaipur, Varanasi.**
The HR Head is responsible for leading and managing the overall Human Resources function, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation \& benefits, policy implementation, compliance, learning \& development, and organizational culture. The role ensures alignment of HR strategies with business objectives and supports organizational growth through effective people management.
HR Strategy \& Leadership
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
Drive organizational development and workforce planning initiatives.
Advise management on HR\-related matters and employee engagement strategies.
Establish and maintain a positive workplace culture.
Talent Acquisition \& Workforce Planning
Lead end\-to\-end recruitment and selection processes.
Develop hiring strategies to attract and retain top talent.
Build relationships with recruitment agencies, consultants, and educational institutions.
Monitor manpower planning and succession planning activities.
Employee Relations \& Engagement
Address employee grievances and workplace concerns.
Foster a productive and professional work environment.
Implement employee engagement and retention programs.
Conduct regular employee feedback and satisfaction initiatives.
Performance Management
Design and implement performance appraisal systems.
Monitor employee performance and development plans.
Support managers in setting KPIs and performance objectives.
Drive performance improvement initiatives across departments.
Compensation \& Benefits
Manage salary structures, incentives, and employee benefits programs.
Conduct compensation benchmarking and salary reviews.
Ensure payroll coordination and accuracy.
HR Policies \& Compliance
Develop, review, and implement HR policies and procedures.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory regulations.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Oversee disciplinary actions and policy adherence.
Learning \& Development
Identify training needs and implement development programs.
Support leadership development and succession planning.
Promote continuous learning and professional growth.
HR Operations
Oversee attendance, leave management, onboarding, and exit processes.
Ensure smooth execution of HR operations and employee lifecycle management.
Manage HRMIS and employee data systems.
MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or related field.
15–25\+ years of HR experience.
Minimum 15–20 years in a leadership or HR Head role.
