We are looking for a detail\-oriented and proactive **HR Compliance \& Administration Executive** to manage statutory compliances and day\-to\-day office administration activities. The ideal candidate should have hands\-on experience in PF, ESIC, LWF, labor law compliance, payroll\-related statutory filings, and office administration. Strong Excel skills and the ability to maintain accurate records are essential for this role.**Key Responsibilities****Statutory Compliance*** Manage and ensure timely compliance related to **PF, ESIC, LWF, PT, and other applicable labor laws**.
- Prepare and verify monthly compliance data and challans.
- Coordinate statutory filings and maintain compliance records.
- Handle employee registration, exits, transfers, and updates on PF and ESIC portals.
- Support audits and inspections by maintaining required documentation.
- Ensure compliance with government regulations and labor law requirements.
- Maintain statutory registers and records as per legal requirements.
- *Payroll Support*** Coordinate with the payroll team for PF, ESIC, LWF, and other statutory deductions.
- Verify employee data related to compliance and payroll processing.
- Resolve employee queries related to PF, ESIC, and other statutory benefits.
- *Administration*** Manage day\-to\-day office administration activities.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers.
- Maintain office assets, records, and documentation.
- Ensure smooth functioning of office facilities and employee support services.
- Handle administrative purchases, invoices, and related documentation.
- Support onboarding and offboarding formalities from an administration perspective.
- *MIS \& Reporting*** Prepare compliance reports, trackers, and management MIS.
- Maintain employee compliance records and documentation.
- Generate and analyze reports using Excel.
- *Required Skills \& Qualifications*** Graduate in any discipline.
- **2–3 years of experience** in HR Compliance, Payroll Compliance, or Administration.
- Good working knowledge of **PF, ESIC, LWF, labor laws, and statutory compliances**.
- Strong hands\-on experience with **MS Excel** (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Validation, Formulas, etc.).
- Experience working on HRMS and government compliance portals.
- Good documentation and record\-keeping skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
