HR & Industrial Relations Executive (Surat, 2-4 yrs exp)

Role Overview

We are looking for an HR professional to manage warehouse workforce operations, labour contractor coordination, recruitment, and statutory compliance. The candidate will ensure smooth manpower availability, effective workforce management, and adherence to applicable labour laws.

Key Responsibilities

• **Labour Management**
• Manage daily manpower requirements, attendance, absenteeism, and workforce discipline.
• Handle labour grievances and employee\-related concerns.
• Coordinate with warehouse management for workforce planning.
• **Labour Contractor Coordination**
• Manage coordination with labour contractors for manpower deployment and replacements.
• Monitor contractor performance and manpower availability.
• Verify contractor attendance, wage sheets, and bills.
• **Recruitment \& Onboarding**
• Oversee recruitment for warehouse positions.
• Ensure timely hiring, documentation, and onboarding.
• Maintain updated manpower and recruitment records.
• **Statutory Compliance**
• Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
• Monitor PF, ESIC, minimum wages, and other applicable compliances.
• Verify contractor licences, registrations, challans, and statutory records.
• Coordinate labour audits and inspections.
• **HR Operations \& Coordination**
• Maintain employee and labour records, attendance, and payroll inputs.
• Coordinate with HR, Accounts, warehouse management, and contractors.
• Prepare regular manpower and compliance reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant HR experience.
• Prior experience in labour management and contractor coordination.
• Good understanding of Indian labour laws and statutory compliances.
• Experience in warehouse, manufacturing, or logistics HR will be preferred.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem\-solving skills.

Job Type: Full\-time

Pay: ₹20,000\.00 \- ₹30,000\.00 per month
