• *HRIS Specialist (Modules: Absence Management, Benefits, Talent Management)**

The HRIS Specialist is responsible for the end\-to\-end support, configuration, governance, and continual improvement of the Workday platform. This role spans operational support, advanced troubleshooting, configuration design, release management, and advisory partnership with HRBPs globally, Group Rewards, HR Shared Services and Payroll.

The incumbent serves as both a technical expert and a functional advisor, ensuring system integrity, data accuracy, process efficiency and alignment with enterprise standards and templates.
