ATS Cargo is looking for an experienced and proactive **HR INTERN** to work closely with the HR Manager and support day\-to\-day HR operations.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Assist the HR Manager in daily HR activities and administrative tasks.
• Handle recruitment, candidate sourcing, screening, and interview scheduling.
• Create and publish job postings on LinkedIn and other job portals.
• Maintain employee records, HR documents, and personnel files.
• Assist with offer letters, appointment letters, onboarding, and joining formalities.
• Support attendance, leave records, and other HR documentation.
• Coordinate with employees and management for smooth HR operations.
• Provide support in other HR\-related activities as required.

• *Requirements:**

Strong communication and coordination skills.

Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and documentation.

Ability to multitask and work independently.
