JOB DESCRIPTION: Human Resources (HR) Intern

• *Position Title:** HR Recruiter Intern / HR Generalist Intern

Job PurposeWe are looking for a proactive, sharp, and highly organized **HR Intern** to join our growing team. Your primary responsibility will be end\-to\-end recruitment, specifically sourcing and screening top\-quality freshers for our Product Demonstration and Corporate Sales roles. You will play a crucial role in building our core team.

Key Responsibilities

• **Candidate Sourcing:** Post job openings on various platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, Internshala, and social media channels.
• **Profile Screening:** Review applications, screen resumes, and filter candidates based on communication skills and qualifications.
• **Video Audition Coordination:** Connect with applicants to collect and evaluate their **1\-minute English Introduction Videos**.
• **Interview Scheduling:** Conduct initial telephonic rounds to check confidence levels and schedule final interviews with the management.
• **Data Management:** Maintain an accurate and updated Excel sheet/tracker of all candidates (Selected, Rejected, On\-Hold).

Mandatory Requirements

• **Laptop:** Must own a personal laptop in good working condition with a reliable internet connection.
• **Communication:** Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Fluency in English is highly preferred).
• **Interpersonal Skills:** Confident, polite, and professional phone etiquette to engage with job seekers.
• **Time Management:** Ability to multi\-task and meet weekly hiring and screening targets.
