About the Role

Bytewave Technology is looking for an enthusiastic and detail\-oriented **HR Intern** to join our Human Resources team. This internship offers hands\-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, documentation, and onboarding. It is an excellent opportunity for candidates who wish to build a career in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other job portals.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Coordinate interview scheduling with candidates and hiring managers.
• Conduct initial HR screening calls.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Assist in preparing offer letters, internship letters, appointment letters, and other HR documents.
• Support employee onboarding and induction activities.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams regarding hiring and recruitment updates.
• Follow up with candidates regarding interviews, documentation, and joining formalities.
• Prepare daily and weekly recruitment and HR activity reports.
• Support HR initiatives, employee engagement activities, and other administrative tasks assigned by the HR team.

Preferred Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good interpersonal and organizational abilities.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast\-paced environment.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a team\-oriented mindset.

Eligibility

• Pursuing or completed BBA, MBA (HR), B.Com, BCA, BA, or any Bachelor's degree.
• Freshers are encouraged to apply.
• Candidates interested in building a career in Human Resources and Recruitment.
