We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Intern to support the Human Resources department in daily administrative and recruitment activities. This internship will provide hands\-on experience in HR operations, employee coordination, and recruitment processes.
*Key Responsibilities:**
Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job portals and other recruitment platforms.
Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates.
Support onboarding activities for new employees, including documentation and joining formalities.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Assist in preparing HR documents such as offer letters, internship letters, and employee communications.
Support in attendance tracking and basic HR administrative tasks.
Help organize employee engagement activities and internal communications.
Provide general administrative support to the HR team.
