Job Description
- *HR Intern – Roles \& Responsibilities**
- Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job portals and LinkedIn.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
- Conduct initial HR screening calls and maintain recruitment trackers.
- Support onboarding and joining formalities for new employees.
- Collect, verify and maintain employee documents and records.
- Assist in preparing offer letters, appointment letters and HR documentation.
- Maintain HR databases, attendance records, and MIS reports.
- Support employee engagement activities and internal HR communications.
- Coordinate with different teams for recruitment and operational requirements.
- Perform general HR and administrative tasks as assigned.
- *Requirements:**
- Pursuing or completed a Bachelor's degree.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
Job Types: Full\-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship
Pay: Up to ₹10,000\.00 per month
