Job Description

  • *HR Intern – Roles \& Responsibilities**
  • Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job portals and LinkedIn.
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Conduct initial HR screening calls and maintain recruitment trackers.
  • Support onboarding and joining formalities for new employees.
  • Collect, verify and maintain employee documents and records.
  • Assist in preparing offer letters, appointment letters and HR documentation.
  • Maintain HR databases, attendance records, and MIS reports.
  • Support employee engagement activities and internal HR communications.
  • Coordinate with different teams for recruitment and operational requirements.
  • Perform general HR and administrative tasks as assigned.
  • *Requirements:**
  • Pursuing or completed a Bachelor's degree.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and Outlook.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills.

Job Types: Full\-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship

Pay: Up to ₹10,000\.00 per month
