• **Assist in recruitment activities, including job posting, resume screening, and coordinating interviews with candidates.**
• **Support the onboarding process by preparing necessary documentation and conducting orientations for new hires.**
• **Help in HR Policy dissemination and educate employees on company policies and procedures.**
• **Maintain accurate and updated employee records in both physical and digital formats.**
• **Provide support in organizing employee engagement activities and events.**
• **Facilitate communication between employees and management to address HR inquiries and issues.**
• **Assist in the preparation of HR\-related reports and presentations for senior management.**
• **Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and suggest innovative practices.**
