As an HR Recruiter Intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Human Resources team in identifying and acquiring top talent for our organization. This internship provides hands\-on experience in the end\-to\-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding. You will work closely with the HR team to understand recruitment strategies, candidate engagement, and the overall talent acquisition process.
1\. **Candidate Sourcing:**
o Utilize various sourcing methods (job portals, social media, networking) to identify potential candidates.
o Assist in building a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
2\. **Screening and Shortlisting:**
o Review resumes and applications to ensure they meet job requirements.
o Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate suitability.
3\. **Coordination:**
o Schedule interviews and assessments, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
o Communicate with candidates and hiring managers to coordinate interview logistics.
4\. **Interview Support:**
o Participate in interviews and assessments, gaining exposure to interview techniques and evaluation criteria.
o Provide feedback to candidates and assist in maintaining positive candidate experience.
5\. **Documentation:**
o Maintain accurate and up\-to\-date records of new joiners through KYC
o Verify the document submitted by the new joiners.
6\. **Market Research:**
o Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
o Contribute to the development of innovative recruitment strategies.
