• *About the Internship**

Hesten Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for enthusiastic and motivated HR Interns who are eager to learn Human Resource Management through hands\-on experience. Interns will get an opportunity to work on real\-time recruitment and HR operations projects under the guidance of experienced professionals.

• *Roles \& Responsibilities**

• Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals and social media platforms.
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates. Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
• Support employee onboarding and documentation processes.
• Assist in preparing HR reports and maintaining employee records.
• Coordinate with different departments for hiring requirements.
• Help in employee engagement and HR activities.
• Handle basic HR administrative tasks.

• *Required Skills**

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of HR and recruitment processes.
• Familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• *Eligibility**

• Pursuing or completed Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Management, BBA, MBA, or related fields.
