About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated HR \& Sales Intern who will support both talent acquisition activities and subscription sales efforts. This role is ideal for someone who wants to gain exposure in human resources while also developing strong business development and sales skills in a fast\-paced startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources (HR) Responsibilities
- **Assist in end\-to\-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates**
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring managers
- **Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers**
- Support onboarding activities for new interns and employees
- *Assist in creating job descriptions and posting openings on various platforms**
- *Sales / Business Development Responsibilities**
- Promote and sell company subscription plans to students, job seekers, and institutions
- **Generate leads through online platforms, networking, and outreach**
- Conduct follow\-ups with potential customers to convert leads into paid subscriptions
- **Achieve weekly/monthly sales targets assigned by the company**
- Maintain sales records and report progress regularly
- *Understand customer needs and effectively pitch subscription benefits**
- **Good communication \& interpersonal skills**
- **Basic HR or recruitment knowledge (preferred)**
- **Confidence in sales, pitching \& negotiation**
- **Self\-motivated \& target\-oriented mindset**
