Hiring: HR Intern

• *Role Overview**

• *IIM SKILLS** is looking for an HR Intern with prior recruitment experience to join our Talent Acquisition team. The candidate should have hands\-on experience in sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates across different job roles.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Handle end to end recruitment for multiple positions.
• Source relevant candidates through Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, and other hiring platforms.
• Review resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Conduct initial HR screening calls and assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates at every stage of the recruitment process.
• Maintain daily recruitment trackers, interview schedules, and candidate databases.
• Manage candidate pipelines and ensure timely closures of assigned positions.
• Coordinate salary discussions, offer rollouts, and joining follow\-ups.
• **Work on recruitment targets** and ensure a consistent flow of qualified candidates.

• *Requirements**

• **Minimum 6 months of hands\-on experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.**
• Good understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques.
• Experience using job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, and LinkedIn.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
• Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously.
• Target\-oriented approach with good follow\-up skills.
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.
