HR Intern

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern who is eager to gain hands\-on experience across HR Operations, Recruitment, and Employee Engagement. This role offers an opportunity to understand end\-to\-end HR functions while working closely with the HR team in a dynamic and fast\-paced work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• **Recruitment \& Talent Acquisition:** Assist in sourcing candidates, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and following up with candidates.
• **HR Operations:** Support employee onboarding, documentation, employee records, and HR database management.
• **Attendance \& Leave Management:** Assist in tracking employee attendance, leave records, and maintaining HR\-related reports.
• **Employee Engagement:** Support the planning and execution of employee engagement activities, celebrations, and internal initiatives.
• **HR Documentation:** Maintain employee files, offer letters, joining documents, and other HR\-related records.
• **Coordination:** Coordinate with candidates, employees, and reporting managers for day\-to\-day HR activities.
• **Reporting:** Assist in preparing recruitment trackers, employee reports, and other HR MIS.

Required Skills \& Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Google Workspace.
• Strong coordination and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn and take ownership of assigned responsibilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work with attention to detail.
