HR Intern

We are looking for an enthusiastic and organized HR Intern to join our team. This opportunity is suitable for college students or freshers who want to gain practical experience in Human Resources, particularly in recruitment and talent acquisition.

The selected candidate will assist with our hiring process, coordinate with applicants, schedule interviews, and support day\-to\-day HR activities.

Candidates who perform well during the internship may be considered for a full\-time position, depending on their performance and the company's hiring requirements.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Assist in the end\-to\-end recruitment process, from job posting to interview coordination.
• Post job openings on recruitment platforms and social media.
• Search for suitable candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other online sources.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Contact candidates by phone, email, and messaging platforms.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and the hiring team.
• Follow up with applicants and maintain an updated recruitment tracker.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
• Assist with onboarding, joining formalities, and employee documentation.
• Support other HR and administrative activities as required.

• *Qualifications and Skills:**

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
• Good communication skills in English and Hindi; Punjabi is an added advantage.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office, Email, spreadsheets, and internet research.
• Comfortable communicating with candidates over phone calls and email.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn recruitment.
• Responsible, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks.

• *Experience:** No prior experience is required. Freshers and college students are encouraged to apply.

Pay: From ₹5,000\.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate

• Zirakpur, Punjab (Zirakpur): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
