Key Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job portals and social media.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain employee records and update HR databases.
• Support onboarding and documentation processes.
• Assist with attendance, engagement activities, and other HR operations.
• Draft job descriptions and post vacancies on various platforms.

Requirements

• Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
