• *About the Role :**

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Empanelment Intern who is eager to build a career in Human Resources. The intern will play a key role in identifying, connecting, and onboarding experienced HR professionals into our empanelment network while gaining hands\-on exposure to strategic HR operations.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

\- Research and identify potential HR professionals, recruiters, and industry experts for empanelment.

\- Reach out to prospects through professional platforms, emails, and calls.

\- Manage the end\-to\-end empanelment process, including initial communication, follow\-ups, documentation, and onboarding.

\- Maintain and update the HR empanelment database with accurate records.

\- Build and nurture professional relationships with empaneled HRs.

\- Collaborate with the internal HR team to achieve empanelment goals and improve outreach strategies.

\- Prepare reports and track empanelment progress.

• *Eligibility Criteria:**

\- Pursuing or completed a degree in HR, Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

\- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

\- Strong networking and relationship\-building abilities.

\- Good knowledge of MS Office, Google Workspace, and professional platforms.

\- Self\-motivated, detail\-oriented, and eager to learn.
