• *Role Overview**

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern with a strong interest in **Recruitment and HR Operations**. This role is ideal for someone who wants hands\-on experience in sourcing, screening, and managing the hiring lifecycle while gaining exposure to core HR processes.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• *Recruitment \& Talent Acquisition:**

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other platforms
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers
• Conduct initial HR screening calls to assess candidate fit
• Maintain and update candidate trackers and recruitment databases
• Draft and post job descriptions across various hiring platforms
• Build and manage a pipeline of potential candidates

• *HR Operations:**

• Support onboarding and documentation of new hires
• Assist in employee engagement activities
• Manage basic HR administrative tasks.

• *Requirements**

• Recently completed a degree in HR or related field
• Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and LinkedIn usage
• Detail\-oriented with a proactive approach to learning
